Van Cleef & Arpels Christmas Decorations

JMS Engineers partnered with MJ Consulting Engineers to design and validate the structural installation of Christmas decorations for Van Cleef & Arpels on Bond Street, London.

The project involved detailed analysis of wind loads, load distribution, and anchor strength to ensure safety and stability. Lightweight aluminium frames were used to support the decorations, with forces carefully assessed to meet ultimate limit state requirements.

High-performance resin anchors fixed into the brick façade were tested and confirmed to withstand all anticipated loads. Advanced wind load assessments and material verification ensured the design was both robust and aesthetically integrated.
