JMS Engineers provided a full civil and structural design package for an exciting project in Purley, Surrey.

The project involved converting an existing house into three new flats, which included extensive internal alterations and a loft conversion. Additionally, JMS designed a new three-storey building adjacent to the existing property, creating six further flats. A structural link was also provided between the new and existing buildings, ensuring seamless integration.

The project required careful coordination of civil and structural engineering techniques to achieve a cohesive and functional residential development.
