Old Milverton Hall

JMS Engineers provided structural design and drainage services for the renovation of Old Milverton Hall, a 19th-century building.

Working with Leo Architects and Quadrant Surveying, JMS played a key role in converting the former NHS clinic into apartments and adding an extension. The project also included designing new build bungalows that complement the historic style of the existing structure.

The renovation carefully preserved many original features while ensuring modern structural integrity and effective drainage. The result is a blend of historical charm with contemporary living, all while maintaining the unspoilt views of the surrounding area.
