Lancaster House and York House, two luxury properties in Orton on the Hill, faced unique drainage challenges due to the absence of mains drainage or open watercourses. JMS Midlands designed an innovative system using Groundwater Dynamics technology, which conveyed treated foul and surface water through pressure differentials to suitable ground at depth.

This solution, alongside the use of eco-friendly materials such as solar panels, air source heat pumps, and modern insulation, reduced environmental impact and enhanced energy efficiency. The project not only complements the village's character but also improves residents' quality of life. This success earned JMS a finalist spot at the ProCon awards.
