Culverted Watercourse Scheme

JMS Engineers were commissioned to provide civil engineering services for a new housing development in Woolpit. The project involved designing and constructing a new site access under a Section 278 Agreement, seamlessly incorporating a culverted watercourse. JMS collaborated closely with key authorities, including the Highway Authority and Lead Local Flood Authority, to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.

-Provided new site access with works carried out under S278 Agreement. -New access to incorporate culverted watercourse. -Liaison with all relevant authorities including Highway Authority and LLFA. -Submission of all relevant applications to obtain consent for works.
