Henley Green Medical Centre

JMS delivered innovative engineering solutions for the Henley Green Medical Centre's modernisation and expansion in Coventry.

Faced with the challenge of adding a second storey to the 1980s single-storey structure, JMS replaced traditional piling with a vibro compaction scheme, providing a cost-effective and stable foundation. This approach allowed the project to stay within budget while ensuring the building's structural integrity.

JMS also managed the drainage and highway works, integrating them seamlessly into the project. The result is a modernised medical centre that meets the needs of a growing community, enhancing both services and user experience while preserving the building's connection to its historical roots.
