Enfield New Build Development

JMS Civils delivered a SuDS report and drainage strategy for a new build development in Enfield, London, involving two residential units and modifications to an existing property.

The design featured permeable paving and rainwater harvesting, aligned with local regulations and the London Plan. To manage water flow, a system limiting outflow to 0.5l/s was implemented using advanced filtration and shallow, cellular storage.

Close collaboration with the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) was crucial, securing necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with stringent environmental standards.
